makekeys: write cjdns keys generated via libnacl to stdout

makekeys -- write cjdns keys generated via libnacl to stdout
SYNOPSIS
makekeys
DESCRIPTION
Generates cjdns private keys and writes them to stdout forever with
corresponding IP6 address and public key. Sample:
