DESCRIPTION
Disassociate an elastic IP address from an instance
positional arguments:
- ADDRESS

[Non-VPC only] elastic IP address to disassociate
(required)
optional arguments:
- -a ASSOC, --association-id ASSOC

[VPC only] address's association ID (required)
- --show-empty-fields

show empty values as "(nil)"
- -U URL, --url URL
