DESCRIPTION
Create a VPC DHCP option set
positional arguments:
- KEY=VALUE,[VALUE,...]

key and one or more values for a DHCP option (choose
from domain-name-servers, domain-name, ntp-servers,
netbios-name-servers, netbios-node-type) (required)
optional arguments:
- --show-empty-fields

show empty values as "(nil)"
- -U URL, --url URL

compute service endpoint URL
- --region USER [at] REGION

region and/or user names to search when looking up
config file data
